Join a group of other people with migraine who are excited to learn how to cook something new. Please note this is Daylight Savings - so plan accordingly for 5pm Central

*please note because of the time it takes to roast a chicken, cooking times may exceed the class time, but you will be prepared to finish the full meal OR it can be saved and baked later.
A grocery list will be emailed to you a week before your class so you have time to get the ingredients (unless you sign up last minute!).
Class time will run about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and you'll be able to ask lots of questions.
Zoom link will be sent to all the participants before the class.
